Directions: 
For full nail coverage...Prepare Nails, Apply Base, Color, and Top coat, before curing Top Coat, sprinkle the Reflective Glitter on top, and Cure in LED 
Dust and nail are ready, or if desired, apply Top coat again 
For selected areas, do the finishing layer and cure. Draw the selected design and sprinkle Reflective Glitter, and cure in LED, and your design is ready 
 
It can be used by both options, either with or without top coat as long as the top coat is a non-wipe top coat the glitter can also be left on top of nail.
